The Company acts solely as a Payment Agent and service facilitator on behalf of a licensed Financial Institution (“FI”) with whom it maintains a contractual relationship.

By browsing the website, creating an account, submitting documentation, or using any service offered directly or indirectly through the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using the website or any related services.The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on the website unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the website following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Scope of Services
The Company does not provide regulated financial services directly. All regulated services are performed exclusively by the FI. The Company provides business development, client referral, onboarding assistance, and document collection under the FI’s compliance framework.EligibilityTo access or use the services, you confirm and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.AML & KYC RequirementsTo comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, users may be required to submit documentation and information including, but not limited to:POI (Proof of Identity)POA (Proof of Address)KYB documents for corporate clients, such as company registration certificates, director/shareholder registers, and operational detailsUBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) identificationSource of Funds (SOF) or Source of Wealth (SOW) evidenceLive or biometric verification proceduresAny additional compliance information requested by the FIAll information must be genuine, accurate, and up to date. Submission of falsified, altered, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited and may lead to refusal of service, account termination, or reporting to relevant authorities.The FI has final authority over KYC/KYB approval, and the Company cannot influence or override FI decisions.

Third-Party Relationships
The Company maintains partnerships with regulated Financial Institutions. However:
The Company is not responsible for the FI’s internal policies, risk assessments, compliance obligations, or operational decisions;
The FI retains full authority regarding onboarding approval, account setup, audits, or transaction monitoring;
The Company cannot and does not influence the FI’s regulatory responsibilities or outcomes of compliance checks.

Data Protection & Privacy
The Company is committed to protecting user privacy and handling personal data responsibly.
All personal information submitted through the website or during service interactions is processed in accordance with:UK Data Protection Act 2018,UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and The Company’s internal Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.By using the website or submitting information, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Company may collect, store, process, and use personal data necessary for onboarding, communication, risk assessment, and provision of non-regulated services.AML/KYC/KYB data—including identity documents, corporate records, UBO details, SOF/SOW information, and verification results—may be shared with the partnered FI and its compliance departments, as required to meet regulatory obligations.
Personal data may also be shared with third-party service providers assisting with identity verification, document checks, secure storage, or communication tools, strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Data will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to unrelated third parties except where required by law, regulatory authorities, court orders, or law enforcement.Users may have certain rights under UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to regulatory retention obligations.AML/KYC information may be retained for periods required by law, even after termination of services.For full details on data handling practices, users should refer to the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Termination
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the website or services if:
These Terms are breached or violated;Required KYC, KYB, or compliance documents are not provided, are incomplete, or appear fraudulent;
The user provides misleading, false, or inconsistent information;
The FI identifies risk factors or regulatory concerns warranting refusal or discontinuation of service;
The user engages in abusive, illegal, or harmful conduct affecting the Company, the FI, or third parties;Continued access would violate applicable laws, sanctions regimes, or supervisory guidelines.Upon termination, the user must immediately cease using all services and the website. Termination does not limit the Company’s right to seek remedies for previous breaches, nor does it affect any legal obligations that survive termination (e.g., AML data retention requirements).

Changes to Terms
The Company may amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, or policy changes. Governing Law

Confidentiality Users agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information received during the use of the services, including business information, onboarding data, internal processes, and compliance requirements.
Confidential information may not be shared with any third party without written consent from the Company, except where disclosure is legally or regulatorily required.
The Company also commits to preserving the confidentiality of User information, except where sharing is required for AML/KYC compliance, cooperation with the FI, or regulatory investigations.

Good Faith Declaration & Liability for Improper Use
The User agrees to act in full good faith in all dealings with the Company and FI. Any misuse, fraud, illegal activity, submission of false documents, or breach of these Terms renders the User fully liable for damages, losses, fines, or expenses. The Company and/or FI may pursue full compensation and indemnification.Suspicion of Illegal

Activity
If any suspicion arises regarding money laundering, fraud, illegal activity, misuse of services, or regulatory breaches, the Company and/or FI may immediately block access, freeze activity, return funds when required, report to authorities, share information under AML/CFT laws, and initiate administrative, civil, or legal action. These actions may occur without prior notice.

These Terms are approved by the Management of the Company.
